Just a few weeks ago, the world heard about the upcoming Hunter x Hunter smartphone game from Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump. Now, we have some cool updates for you regarding Hunter x Hunter: World Hunt.

Pre-registration is currently open to those who are dying to play this game posthaste. The game producer Bandai Namco, will run a closed beta-test before it launches. The beta is only available for a select group of players using Android devices. But as soon as it becomes official, it will be ready for iOS.

According to the initial announcement, players can customize their own avatar and create their own Nen. Without much information revealed to fans of the manga / anime series, some screenshots of the official game were shared.

Rules are not yet stated as of the moment. But with the screenshots provided by the official game, 3v3 feature may be available. Like other Bandai Namco games, there will be quests that you can complete with other players or NPCs.

Water Divination

Battle instructions are not so strict. Players get to choose which attack or skill to use. It is very likely that switching / tagging of characters will be included. One of the most interesting parts of the game is the Water Divination. By using two fingers to be used on a dedicated screen, the game would determine your Nen type. Something that every HxH fan should experience, right?

Hunter x Hunter: World Hunt Screenshots

Hundreds of thousands of Hunter x Hunter fans are scattered around the world. Most of them are probably excited for this upcoming game. The water divination is something I look forward to. As an HxH fan, it is one of the many things I need to play before I die. Hoping for an English version of the game shortly after it's release in Japan.

Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump announced on Saturday that Yoshihiro Togashi's manga / anime series Hunter x Hunter will have a smartphone game from Bandai Namco Entertainment. The upcoming mobile game, Hunter x Hunter: World Hunt will be free-to-play with some in-game item purchase. A teaser website was recently launched by Bandai Namco for the said game.

The game features on-the-spot matches between guilds of up to 13 characters that can all fight at the same time. You can create an avatar and use a two-choice quiz plus experience the Water Divination to determine your Nen type!

The manga went on another indefinite hiatus last July after it was just resumed in April after a two year hiatus. Rumors have circulated that Togashi's condition has gotten worse and that it would need new writers if they desperately want to continue the famous manga series. Two anime series were inspired by the manga. It also inspired two anime films and a number of OVA titles.

Tired of waiting?

Director Hajime Tabata explained on a YouTube video as to why Square Enix would delay the game from September 30 to November 29. Square Enix's Final Fantasy XV would be available in Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

"Our objective with [Final Fantasy XV] was to deliver a Final Fantasy of the highest possible quality, to every single person who buys the game. We have completed the Master Version, but when it comes to that highest possible quality, we felt that we had not quite reached this standard yet," Tabata explained.

The FFXV director also mentioned that his team is creating a one-day patch of the game but considered its downsides. He speculated that, "it might be a mistake just to deliver the Master Version we have finished to everyone," and stated that the whole team would "wind up regretting it".

The game that would be out in the market on November 29 has all the stuff that were to be included in the one-day patch. Tabata mentioned that the team also added extra things on top of the game itself. For people who have internet connection, the production was said to be "thinking about bringing ... even further patches and DLC in the future."

Earlier on Thursday, Square Enix had announced that six DLC will be available from the start. Extras are to be rewarded to gamers who purchased the digital premium edition of Final Fantasy XV. Such "extras" the director is talking about would depend on the players console.

Watch the video here:

We need more patience. ;)

Reaching level 5 in Pokémon requires tons of hard work. Some might have lost a little weight while some sacrificed a bit of their time for relationship and career. Despite the sweat and rare cases of mishaps, admit it that playing this game brings back the callow fun and excitement from your childhood.

Advancing to this certain level not only tags you as a good Pokémon Go player. It also allows you to visit gyms, engage to multiple Pokémon battles and gain more experience. But before you go ahead and join the rumble you must choose between three teams — Valor, Mystique and Instinct.

And of course, victory won't be so close without powerful Pokémons to send out for battles. You would also need to assign one of your strongest catch to defend the gym. Although it is not possible to pick the kind of Pokémon to meet within your area, it would be best to make yourself aware of the most powerful Pokémons in the game.

The list comes from the Top 20 Pokémons of multiple sites. We came up with the ranking by using the formula (Max CP + Max HP)/2. The weaknesses and strengths were derived from the Pokémon type/s.

Do not work too hard on assembling a team that only consists of Pokémon in this list. This is just a guide and the game would be much enjoyable if you play it with your own style.
