Hunter x Hunter Creator Yoshihiro Togashi Writes New Two-Chapter Manga

Last Wednesday's release of Shueisha's Grand Jump magazine revealed an upcoming two-chapter manga written by Hunter x Hunter mangaka Yoshihiro Togashi and drawn by Hachi Mizuno. This new one-shot manga "Akuten Wars" Bad Weather Wars will appear in the Grand Jump magazine's September issue dated August 23.

Hunter x Hunter which came back recently from hiatus, is currently putting followers at the edge of their seats. The bloody battle royale between the 14 princes of Khaki empire where Kurapika finds himself committed as a bodyguard serves as a great compensation. Everyone's looking forward to a continuous production of the manga with others trying to make sure that they won't be greeted with another hiatus.

This is not the only collaboration where Togashi participated. A few months before Hunter x Hunter manga resumes, Togashi drew the album cover of Japanese pop idol Jun Togawa. The cover features avant-garde musicians known as the metal rock band Vampilia.

We all know Yoshihiro Togashi arts look magnificent. But everyone's in awe of his unique storyline and twist as seen in Yoshihiro Togashi movies and TV shows.

Looking into what's happening right now, it seemed like Togashi's condition is getting better compared to the previous years. Can Hunter x Hunter fans hope for a continuous manga series this time? Will the HxH anime production start as soon as possible?

Apart from Togashi-Mizuno's Akuten Wars, Haruki, creator of The Parasite Doctor Suzune and Koroshiya-san, will draw a one-shot manga for Shueisha's Grand Jump magazine with a title, "Watashi no H na Rirekisho o Mite Kudasai." In English, it says, "Please Look At My Lewd Resume."

PETITION: Start The Anime Production For Hunter x Hunter - Dark Continent Expedition Arc

Hunter x Hunter, a manga series created by Yoshihiro Togashi, has been around for almost two decades now. The manga debuted in 1998 and went on frequent, extended hiatuses since June 2006. The most recent hiatus took place in 2014, devastating many followers of both manga and anime series.

The Hunter x Hunter series first spawned a 62-episode anime adaptation produced by Nippon Animation in 1999, followed by original video animations (OVA) with 30 episodes containing the conclusion of York Shin City arc, also known as Phantom Troupe arc and the entire Greed Island arc.

In 2011, Madhouse created a 2011 version which aired until the manga goes on its last hiatus in 2014, stopping the anime at the 13th Hunter Chairman Elections arc. This cuts the building momentum towards the action-packed Dark Continent arc as anticipated by many.

Apart from the anime series, Togashi's masterpiece also gave birth to numerous musicals, video games, audio albums, and other media. In Japan alone, the manga sold 66 million copies, making it one of the best selling series in Shueisha's line. Despite the critical and financial success, it did not help evade the recurring breaks of the Hunter x Hunter manga due to the debilitating health condition of its creator.

But now that Hunter x Hunter comes back from a deep slumber, still a huge thanks to Togashi, fans wanted to make sure that this goes on to the end of the series. Along with that, many avid followers who don't read manga demand the immediate continuation or re-production of the Hunter x Hunter anime series starting on the first chapter of the Dark Continent arc.

So far, Shueisha published more than 20 thick chapters, with two one shots and the Togashi-approved back story of Hisoka created by Tokyo Ghoul mangaka Sui Ishida. Fans believe that these should trigger producers to continue the most wanted anime series not just of the decade, but of a score of years.

Fillers will do fine, actually far better than nothing.

Reasons Why Hunter x Hunter Anime Should Resume ASAP

According to a petition, below lists the reasons as to why Togashi needs to continue this manga to its end while anime producers should resume publication at the same time.

• Fans are getting older with some already in their forties. A few known friends, acquaintance, and relatives, even died without finishing their favorite anime series.
• The ending of the 13th Hunter Chairman Election arc serves as a huge cliffhanger for anime fans who don't read the manga. Many believe that most character issues and conflicts will resolve in the succeeding arc. A cliffhanger for years? Sadistic.
• Nen, the most versatile, logical, creative, and interesting power system, left mysteries needing clarification and further explanation. Although we can assume and provide good reasoning, it is best to get the answer from the expert himself. The animation helped a lot to understand how everything works.
• Add pressure to Togashi's group so that they will finish the story no matter who leads the team. 
• To produce more media related to Hunter x Hunter for fans to enjoy. We are also looking forward to the creation of its third film soon.

HD360x Zoom Lens - New Lenses To Use At Cosplay Conventions?

Consider this as our first tech review. And the lucky item to scrutinize right now is the HD360x zoom lens I bought some time ago. Got it for US $56 and they shipped thru public post (FREE).

Kind of cheap, eh?

Before we get to the details, let me say this - I am not an expert in photography. Also, I am only interested to be a part of the cosplay convention as one of their artists soon but I haven't tried it yet. I'm just trying to save as much memories as possible.

And because of that, I purchased this HD360x zoom lens and now I am making a review about it.

I bought this guy many moons ago because of the advertisement that it could take clear shots of the moon's surface. See below image.

Although I am not interested on taking shots of heavenly bodies including the moon, I am keen on getting something that would let me capture events from a faraway distance without spending too much.

Like I said, I am not a photographer and I don't have time to improve my photography skills. This smartphone photography accessory is what I'm looking for, I thought.

I got a hunch that this is just an exaggeration. Like what most online skeptics would say, "caveat emptor".

Of course, it could be an inflated description of the features of the product. So I looked for some comments in their posts and advertisements and I found something stunning. Not just one, but there's too many positive feedback.

I saw some customer samples, and most of them were obviously taken by amateur photographers or guys who don't know about it at all. But there are a few sample shots that caught my eye and I took screenshots of them to prove to you that I'm not lying.

So because of these, I bought mine and received it within 2 weeks. It took some time before I got out of my house to test it.

I didn't bring it to a cosplay convention to try this thing out. Don't ask me why. I feel weird but it should be okay next time. Hahaha.

The box includes the zoom lens, a clip, a microfiber cloth and the lens caps. They're easy to assemble and attach. You need to make sure the zoom lens would align exactly in front of the phone camera.

So far the HD360x zoom lens looks neat. It really works as it gives me clear shots at 8x zoom. If you want to zoom in farther, you can use your phone. If blurry, you need to use the adjustment band and turn until it gives you the right focus.

I tested it on buildings, an airplane, and a famous volcano. It gave the zoom that I want. When I tried to zoom in at my phone's max, it was shaky I wished I bought a tripod along. But it really zooms in and you can still get a shot if you tried your best to hold still.

Don't ask me for pics. I suck at this. Ask HD360x Facebook Page for customer samples, or look for those comments I'm talking about.

If things get shaky, which I didn't expect because I am a photography noob, you need to find somewhere to mount the HD360x zoom lens.

And one important thing you'd like to take note before buying this product.

The picture quality at highest levels would depend on the power of your phone and how stable it is while taking the shot. I assume that those who were able to take a shot of the moon have powerful phones (the Samsung S7 Edge is the most powerful smartphone when I bought this product). But if you're only after the zoom power, it works on old phones. I saw their admin post a pic of his or her iPhone 4s and old Samsung Tablet with the zoom lens attached. They claim that it works for as long as it fits.

I don't know what else these genius moon hunters did, but I'm pretty sure they used a tripod to take those pics above.

HD360x Zoom Lens Review Conclusion

It really works! It's just that you need to make sure it's not shaky or else, it will result to a bad photo. Use a tripod, use it on a powerful smartphone, and you should be fine or excellent!

I recommend it for cosplay events. If you are not afraid to be the first to use something "different", then go. Or maybe buy one for your buddy so that you're not alone in this. After all, it only costs US $56.

I know you got dirty things in mind, you pervert! No, I won't recommend it for that!
